O terreno – retangular e esguio – é circundado por edifícios altos nas laterais e tardoz, que o envolvem, e pela estrada do lado da frente.
Para se conseguir alguma privacidade no espaço exterior, desenhou-se a casa em forma de “C”, virando esta as costas à envolvente e voltando-se para um pátio interior que se abre apenas numa zona desafogada.
A cobertura eleva-se a partir do ponto central para fechar mais o pátio, fazendo referência ainda aos telhados típicos da região.
A casa divide-se em duas áreas: espaço privado (quartos) e espaço público (sala e cozinha). Na união dos dois, surgem duas formas: um corredor e um cilindro que faz a entrada e zona de escritório.

The plot – rectangular and slender – is surrounded by tall buildings on the sides and back, which surround it, and by the road on the front side.
In order to achieve some privacy in the outer space, the house was designed in a “C” shape, turning its back on the surroundings and facing an interior patio that opens only to an unobstructed area.
The roof rises from the central point to further enclose the courtyard, also making reference to the typical roofs of the region.
The house is divided into two areas: private space (bedrooms) and public space (living room and kitchen). In the union of the two, two forms emerge: a corridor and a cylinder that forms the entrance and office area.
